Catching Clinic

Catching Camps moved to Tuesdays!

Join us weekly for 1 hour of catching on Tuesdays from 6 to 7pm at the Strike Zone.

Catching doesn't happen overnight. You have to put in the work to be successful. You can't win without good catching.

Learn the fundamentals of catching from MLB Veteran catcher, Scott Hemond and his staff. Camp cost is $30. Ages 9 and up welcome!

Skills Camp 13s & 14s

Join us weekly on Sundays for this comprehensive skills camp open to 13 and 14 y.o. players only.  Learn from not 1, but 2 professional players: MLB Veteran, Scott Hemond, and MiLB Veteran Rafael Bustamante!

Cost is $35  per player

Camps are Sundays 4 to 6pm at Preston Hood Athletic Complex in Fort Walton Beach.

Hitting Clinic

Hitting
Clinic moved to Tuesdays!
Improve your at bats. Learn the fundamentals to C.R.U.S.H. the ball with MLB Veteran, Scott Hemond and his staff.
Join us for our weekly baseball and softball hitting clinics. We will do tee work, heavy bag training, and multiple drills to lay the foundation and create a better understanding for hitters of all ages.
Cost is $30. Ages 9 and up welcome! Camps are
 Tuesdays 7 to 8pm at the Strike Zone.
