Come out to the Strike Zone for our 80’s Rock Workout Series!
Our Saturday morning workout will include old school, yet time tested exercises meant to improve strength, speed, and endurance.
We will include drills like box jumps, long-line training, sit-ups, jump rope, medicine ball training, along with competitive tests like the long jump, shuttle run, and timed jump rope.
No matter what your sport, this work-out will help.
This Series is open to boys and girls ages 8 and up.
