This individually tailored program will get you going on the right path. Your weekly workout will include by a supervised bullpen.
Ages 14 to 18 welcome.
This weekly program will also require at-home work on your part.
We will meet on Saturdays at our facility from November 4 thru Jan 13. (No facility workout Nov 25, Dec 23, Dec 30).

post throwing exercises.
• 8-week easy to follow “on your own” throwing program with handouts that transition to the in-house program
and development. Program is yours to keep.
