How to Schedule a Private Lesson
- Go to My Account and sign in.
- Register under participant’s name. (Parents may create separate account to ensure easy billing for siblings)
- Booked lessons are subject to final approval.
- Please wait for final approval or denial via email after booking before showing for a lesson.
- When booking choose the “pay now” option if paying by credit card. Choose the “pay later” option for cash or check.
- Please note lessons and cage rentals can not be booked online within 4 hours of the desired appointment time online, please email us a request if it is less than 4 hours away to check for availability.

Cancellation Policy: You will be charged a $30 fee for any lesson or cage rental not canceled within 12 hours of the appointment. You can cancel an appointment any time thru your confirmation or reminder email.
