Rafael "Rafi" Bustamante played professional baseball in the MiLB and Venezuela, played pro-softball in Venezuela. He also Coached professionally as well as Scouted.
Rafi is a Scott Hemond coach.
Rafael is trained as a coach using Scott Hemond’s methods.
Venezuelan native, Rafael Bustamante, played infield professionally from 1987- 1994. Organizations that he played with include the Phillies (Utica Blue Sox, Clearwater Phillies), Cincinnati (Charleston Wheelers), and the Aragua Tigers in Venezuela.
Rafael also played professional softball in Venezuela.
From 1994 to 2001 Rafael was a hitting coach for the Aragua Tigers.
He also scouted for the Tampa Bay Rays from 1996 to 1999.
